As a team, we'll execute weekly workouts to get us fit for each of the key races below. Each workout will be grouped by experience level - all levels are welcome.

Which plan is right for me?
Both plans will provide you with weekly run & strength training and access to the Tuesday Team Training runs. Where these plans differ is in the amount of communication and personalization.
The Community Plan is a great option if you're looking for a detailed training plan to follow and a group to train with on Tuesday practices. You'll have access to Coach Blake if you attend the in-person Tuesday (Team Training) or Thursday (Strength) practices, and a phone or video call once per month. These programs are built based on your training experience and preferred training volume (miles per week).
The Personalized Plan is like the Community Plan on steroids. You'll follow the same training and racing schedule as the Community Plan, but your training will be fit to your needs. Your run & strength programming will be built for you based on a thorough initial intake and progressed/regressed based on your response to training. You will have unlimited access to Coach Blake through your preferred communication channel and we'll work through every training question and concern.
Still unsure? The Personalized Plan offers the first month free to see if it's a good fit. Use that time to determine what your training needs and preferences are. Payments can be cancelled or paused at any time.
*Note - the $200/month Personalized Plan price applies to the Orithyia Omada Team Training schedule. If you'd like to follow a different racing calendar or are training for a specific race, the monthly rate is $250.
