Which plan is right for me?
Both plans offer high touchpoint, goal-oriented run & strength programming that is personalized to you. No templated or generic training protocols.
The Private Coaching plan offers run programming that is built based on your current abilities, future goals, training preferences, and is amended in real time based on your adaptation response. It starts with a robust initial assessment, from which we build the training journey towards your goal race. Communication is unlimited and your strength program covers your general areas that need to be protected from injury.
The Full Access plan is similar to Private Coaching, but we're collaborating at a higher level. Workouts are published every week but we're in constant communication and making any tweaks where necessary. You'll have full access to Telehealth services to address any aches or pains that pop up, and your strength programming will be dialed in to address past injuries, manage current injuries, and push you towards your highest performance. With Full Access, you'll receive a run coach, strength coach, and physical therapist all in one.
