Strength work is about being durable. Durable runners are more consistent with training and get injured less, making your goals that much more attainable.
For this year's Marathon Virtual Program, we're going to be giving you a strength plan that hits the main muscles used in running (and address areas that I commonly see get injured!).

- You can choose to use the Bespoke Performance mobile app OR simply come to this page for instruction each time you do your strength work
- If you were previously on a different strength plan on the Bespoke App (through Speed Pass) and would like to do that program instead, send me an email at blake@bespoketreatments.com
- If you're battling an injury set up a call with me here and we'll troubleshoot for a free 30 minute-ish call
